Lane here, and I’ve brought the whole gang – Krista, Amelia, Jacques, and Becket – for an adventurous outing at the magnificent Capulin Volcano National Monument! 
This remarkable natural beauty, captured by my trusty iPhone on a crisp afternoon in late June, was the perfect backdrop for some family fun and education.
Surrounded by the rich history and impressive landscapes of the American Southwest, we can’t help but feel a deep connection to the land. While I can’t give you our exact coordinates, just know we’re deep in the heart of volcanic wonders! 
This snapshot from June 28, 2021, is a memory we’ll treasure forever. The afternoon was just right for exploring – the sun peeking through clouds, and a slight breeze made it a pleasant day for adventure. We learned so much about volcanic activity and the area’s ecosystem!
