On a beautiful evening last June, Krista, the kiddos, and I paused our Texas adventure amid the sprawling landscapes near the foothills of the Davis Mountains for a picnic to remember. 
It’s times like these, as the sun leisurely dipped below the horizon, painting the skies with hues of gold, that I’m thankful for simple joys and this journey we’re on together.
Capturing the moment (and our mouthwatering sandwiches) was a breeze with my trusty iPhone 11 — pairing epic views with even more epic bites! Amelia, Jacques, and Becket were all debate over who gets the last olive.
